Disappointing Returns Process - I’m being polite

MRRN-VVAWM-KR44 Returns process is shockingly slow. Bought a set of Motorola earbuds in 1 April . 4 days later the charger dock connector broke . Returned the broken dock and earbuds to them on 6 April . 8 April takealot requested the accessories . 9 April it was returned at Richwood Park . 12 April when I followed up i was told it arrived at the returns depot on the 12 April . Numerous calls to the call centre everyday and escalations from them to the returns depot and still no change to the status . Nobody can take calls and nobody will provide and email for any person in charge . Even internal calls and emails from Takelot pickup location to Takelot returns depot do not get answered by the lady at the returns section assigned the case . Takealot returns dept. if you actually exist then when will you resolve the case MRRN-VVAWM-KR44
