I recently purchased a laptop battery from Takealot, but unfortunately, it was the incorrect product despite verifying compatibility online. The packaging made it impossible to verify compatibility without opening, leading to a frustrating return experience.

Takealot's return team declined my refund request, citing their policy requiring sealed and unopened items.

It's been a week since Takealot rejected my return request, and now they have both the battery and my money. This is unacceptable.
