Disappointing quality and customer support

I purchased an air fryer from Takealot in March 2024, and it stopped working after just 8 months of use. When I reached out for assistance, I was told that nothing could be done since the 6-month warranty had expired.

This is incredibly disappointing, as I expected a product of this nature to last much longer than it did. It feels unfair to spend money on an appliance only for it to fail in less than a year. I believe retailers should prioritize selling quality products that provide long-term value to their customers.

I would not recommend buying electronics from Takealot based on this experience.
