Disappointing, Poor services received in 2024 from my Favorite Online Company

I have been using Takealot as my Main and favorite online business, ordering for many. many years and spending large amounts of money on various products. Unfortunately, this business seems to have taken a knock, not only do they not stick to promises of what was delivered, the communication does not seem to work as well as in the past. The Information on the App regarding deliveries is totally wrong, the products advertised are out of stock and items are broken and has to be returned. I had to follow up and request the refunds of my products which was not delivered due to stock issues. Supporting this amazing business for so many years I must admit this company is not what they used to be, and it is very disappointing as there are 100's of customers who are now let down. Takealot needs to do a thorough investigation into what went wrong and how to get back to their amazing business as in the past. It can be done. Please Takealot we KNOW you can come back with success. If it was a once-off I would understand, but this has now happened several times in 2024 with my orders.
