Disappointing pick up experience.

Disappointing pick up experience at mt edgecombe pickup point.Went in to collect as usual but there were a few people in front.After waiting in line the lady at the counter came out from the back after a while and could see the line but asked who is next ,the guy behind jumped the queue without any repurchasions.The dorf lady didnt even question and just attended to him,not even questioning him why he jumped the queue.Please try and get a ticket system in place to improve your efficiency if not competent staff.
