Disappointing Experience with Takealot's Security Company CSG

I recently had a disappointing experience with Takealot's security company CSG , while attempting to make a delivery on April 25th. As someone who contributes to Takealot's growth by providing services to them, I was shocked by the rude treatment I received from their security personnel.

Upon arrival at the designated location, I was met with unnecessary hostility and rudeness from a member of the security team. Despite attempting to explain my situation politely, I was treated with disrespect and felt dehumanized by the encounter.

It is disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially when trying to support a company like Takealot, which I believe in and contribute to through my services. While I understand the importance of security measures, professionalism and empathy should not be sacrificed in the process.

I hope that Takealot will take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of their security company to ensure that other service providers and customers are not subjected to similar treatment in the future.
