I ordered an expensive item as a gift for my husband, and the quality didn’t meet expectations. The box was already damaged upon arrival, and the items were loose inside the plastic—exactly how I received it. I handled everything with extreme care and recorded videos while unboxing to document the condition.

Takealot is now refusing to accept my return, even though I didn't open the plastic packaging or tamper with the item. No seals were broken, nothing is missing, and the inner product was untouched. I trusted Takealot, but this experience is unacceptable.

The videos are too large to email, and I’ve asked for a WhatsApp number to send them, but no resolution yet. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I'll escalate it further.
