Disappointing Experience - Failed Delivery and Ineffective Customer Service

I regret to share my recent experience with takealot. Unfortunately, my order was not delivered as promised, and the customer service response was ineffective.

Despite multiple attempts to address the issue with the support team, I encountered a lack of timely and helpful solutions. The failure to deliver on the promised service and the unresponsive customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied.
