Disappointing experience

I placed an order for a 40Kg Montego Classic dog food.1 paid R999 for it. Whilst in transit to my delivery address the parcel got damaged. The order was cancelled and now I must R200 more whereas it's not even my fault or request that the order was cancelled in the first place. I've logged calls and no-one comes back to me.
