★ 1/5 – Misleading Same-Day Delivery Advertising!

Absolutely pathetic and disappointing service from Takealot!

When placing my order before 10:00 AM, the platform clearly advertised same-day delivery. Based on this promise, I proceeded with the order and made immediate payment.

Only AFTER payment was processed was I notified that delivery would take three days instead of the advertised same day!

This is completely unacceptable and extremely misleading. Customers make purchasing decisions based on the delivery promises displayed at checkout. Advertising same-day delivery to secure an order, only to change the delivery date after receiving payment, is a terrible customer experience.

Takealot, this is not how you build customer trust!

I will not be using this platform again. Very disappointing!
