Disappointing Delivery Experience with Takealot

I ordered some personal care products on Monday, June 3rd, and as of June 7th, they haven't even been shipped yet. Meanwhile, my Amazon order arrived promptly the next day. When I reached out to cancel, I was told to wait for a delivery SMS. Seriously, what's the deal with that? Who exactly is benefiting from this inconvenience we're paying for? Takealot, please just cancel my order and issue a refund. I won't waste any more time with your shamefully unreliable deliveries.
