Disappointing

I have ordered the i12 TWS Wireless Bluetooth ear pods, just to found one ear pod was not working requested return (Ref ***2). Product was sent back with all the accessories and the takealot box. I requested an exchange. I get an e-mail request that there are items missing knowing I have sent back everything in the sealed box. Takealot is looking for a way not to provide a service by exchange or credit. Advise do not purchase any devices from takealot. If you want to return items, ensure you take pictures as evidence.
