Disappointing Customer Service

I placed an order with Takealot and was supposed to take delivery of my order yesterday, however I had a challenge with getting the Cash & the Driver (Joshua) informed me that he will fail the order then I will get it today. So today I am all prepared for the delivery & then I get an email stating the order is Cancelled. So I call the Call Centre and they tell me I have to restart my order & she doesn't know when it will be delivered. I am really am very disappointed about this because I was expecting my order today I needed these items by today. I always buy from Takealot & this service/ treatment I have now been given has really changed the way I now look at this Company seriously.
