Disappointing Call Centre Service

Yesterday (27/04024) I was ****med by someone who made a large sum purchase using my card details. I tried 8 times to call their Call Centre with the aim of requesting them to cancel the transaction with no success. It was only once that I connected to someone briefly before the call was dropped before I could communicate my problem to the agent. In all other trials my calls were dropped.

I am utterly shuttered by such despicably poor service from Takealot which has always been my first call for all online shopping. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I am definitely reconsidering stopping my support of them.
