Disappointing and shocking service received

I am writing to report that I received an incorrect order in my recent delivery. Instead of the items I ordered, I received a box containing erection tablets, which I did not order. My order was for my baby it had the 3 items I ordered specifically for my baby and to my horror it had also the pack of 50 erection tablets.

This incident has caused me great embarrassment and distress, as my child and my mother were present when I opened the package. They were shocked, and I was completely traumatized and humiliated to find such a product in my box.

Please investigate this matter urgently and advise on how this could have happened. I would also like to know how to return this incorrect item and when I can expect my correct order to be sent.

I trust that Takealot will treat this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening again.

I have included a picture of the erection tablets also to the email I sent Takealot till this day no 1 has contacted me. Very disappointing service received. The next step I will be posting on my tiktok ,watsapp and Facebook page my great disappointment.
