Disappointing

I placed and paid for my order on 23 November 2025, and to date I have received nothing (12 December 2025) The app continues to show the parcels as “shipped”, yet no delivery has taken place.

Despite multiple phone calls to Takealot — speaking to at least five different consultants — I have still not received any meaningful feedback or assistance. Instead, I’ve been met with unhelpful and, at times, sarcastic responses.

This level of service is extremely disappointing.

Please urgently investigate this matter and provide a clear update on the whereabouts of my order.
