DISAPPOINTING

I have been a client of Takealot for the longest time ever, but I sadly have to say the service I have received the past few weeks is just down right ridiculous. I bought a cash register with a printer only to find that the item is not compatible with my current system so I requested a refund. Item was never used and the one box not even opened yet the rejected my refund request saying items were used. I did another refund request only to be rejected again now reason being that the items are not damaged. I am failing to understand what the issue is as they have changed their reasons twice already. This is frustrating as I spent so much money on this equipment just taught to never ever use this platform again!!!
