Disappointing!

I love the takealot brand and service offered. The delivery is quick and the product mix is fantastic. I recently purchased an INNJOO phone out of desperation as my phone screen cracked. The phone seemed as if it suited my basic needs. However, the phone now switches off at the worst times and refuses to come back on for hours, meaning I miss obviously needed communication. The applications freeze and frankly the phone is poor quality with fancy bells and whistles. <br> <br> I am highly annoyed because a return of this product would take weeks and I cannot wait two weeks without a phone before it can be proven that the phone is faulty!!! I would advise people to think very carefully before buying electronic goods such as phones from Takelaot because if something goes wrong you cannot get a new replacement in a day!
