Disappointed yet again Takealot. Strike 3 this year

I am so upset and disappointed with Takealot. I logged a review of my first order connected to this review where they handled the return of an opened item that was incomplete terribly. They credited my account and i reordered the item from a different supplier as they were unable to ship me another product as they said it was sold out. It was delivered to me this week, again waiting 2 weeks. After we opened our package it was the wrong item. They sent me a 15m hosepipe instead of a 30m one that i paid for. Now i have return the item AGAIN. This is the 3rd item i have returned this year out of 4 items/orders. Each time it was either the incorrect item or damaged/opened/incomplete orders. We were not able to give my son his birthday present in June due to the incorrect item being shipped. Takealot is getting a very bad reputation with many as being unreliable and supplying poor quality/products with terrible customer care. It is obvious that they do not care that they are losing clients.
