Disappointed yet again..
I returned a bicycle, logged a return the same day that it was delivered. Reason being,we purchased the same product for my daughter so it made sense to return one. I logged a return and it was collected the next day. The refund was rejected based on the bicycle being damaged, the bicycle wasn't even used. We unwrapped it, to send it back, I wrapped it. The product was meant to then be returned to me in 5 business days. This was on 31 October, until today, 17 November, no one has made with me. The customer service continues to disappoint.. Nothing was damaged on that bicycle, on top of everything, I am a TakealotMore member. Needless to say, I will cancel my subscription. It makes no sense to continue supporting a business that doesn't even value me as a customer.
However, the fact that they have not even attempted to return the product to me when they said this would happen within 5 business days is crazy, it's been a month. Mind u, the product was not even used, and a return was logged the same day it was delivered.
