Disappointed with Takealot’s Order Mix-Up

I’m extremely disappointed with Takealot’s service. I ordered a pair of Studio Beats+ as a Christmas gift for my wife, but to my surprise, I received a completely different product – an Xbox controller.

This mix-up has left me frustrated and without the gift I planned to give my wife tomorrow for Christmas. Given the significance of the occasion, this error is unacceptable.
