Disappointed with Takealot.com

I order and paid for a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra cellphone on the 14 June 22 from Takealot.com, they delivered a parcel on 20 June that consists of a Airpod Pro 5 and Inpods 12. I have spoken to the call center 3 time but cant get them to arrange for collection of incorrect supply and for them to deliver the correct cellphone. Very disappointed with Takealot.com
