Disappointed with takealot service

Currently experiencing problems with Takealot online store. I'm extremely frustrated with them. I've been getting a run around by call center agents in terms of getting my order even though I paid and sent proof of payment. Its been 5 days now. What a waste of time. Just get my products to me mhen. This is so exhausting! Sies
