Disappointed with Takealot delivery team

I’m very disappointed with Takealot delivery team lately,I’ve been ordering from Takealot for quite a while and the service of the drivers was not as bad as it is recently. Last week on the 24th I made an order then on Friday I got an SMS notification that my order will be delivered on Saturday the 26th between 8 and 5 ,the driver then called me on the 26th and told me they cannot deliver my order instead I should come near the Police Station and collect it myself, I explained to him that I’m very far from the Police Station atleast let’s meet at the mall of which that on it’s own was unfair for me hence I’ve registered my place in my Takealot address preference ,he was so rude that he even told me if I don’t want my order I’ll get it some other time they are not only dealing with me,I was surprised ,angry and frustrated at the same time because Takealot has been delivering at my place all of a sudden they don’t. So I called customer service and I was assisted by a Lady who goes by the name of Shannon,she then asked for my order number and personal details, I gave her then she apologised and told me my order will be delivered on Monday the 28th which is today. I waited the whole day my order was never delivered they only sent me an email around 1 telling me I should wait for 24 to 48 hours I mean another 24 hour after such a delay, what a frustrating experience
