Disappointed with takealot

My 6 year old daughter got hold of my phone n ordered stuff dat was in my cart. I had a credit of 1041 which i have asked to refund me. I dont want ur credit. I am a loyal customer and always buy from takealot. I received an email to say my takealot account will b credited despite me asking for a cash refund n provided my banking details twice. Still no reply. My order no is ***7. The previous time dey had to refund me took more than 2 weeks!!!
