Disappointed with takealot

Hi bought a Xmas tree, decorations bundle and gold star on takealot on 25 November received the incorrect order on 4 December, I received tree which was correct but everything else was in correct received probably R100 worth of tinsel and ***** (definitely not what I ordered and a white Xmas tree also not what I ordered. I have been trying to get the correct order sent to me since the 4th with no luck. This is ridiculous, I mean I bought this because I have young kids and family coming over but I can't even get the festivities going because there is no decent decorations. Please get this sorted out now for once and for all, before the 16th I need my order before the 16 December 2022
