Disappointed with takealot

I received an easter weekend promo from takealot on my app. I then placed an order with them and quickly realized I had made a mistake with one of the items. I immediately called their call center The agent advised that I cancel and reload the order. He cancelled the order for me. When I was reloading the order the promo no longer app****. I contacted the call center again Agent said she will have a look and call me back. What she did was send me a mail informing that the promo was for a once off order. O fail to understand this as I was informed by thoer agent to cancel and reload the order.

Can takeslot please reinstate my promo. I have already proved my son the items based on their promo!
