Disappointed with Takealot

Placed an order on takealot, I was unfortunately out of the country at the time when delivery was scheduled. Takealot normally sends sms’ the morning of delivery to confirm that goods will be delivered on the day between 8 and 5pm, in this instance no sms. Delivery was attempted on 5th Nov and again on 6th Nov where security at my complex phoned me and said there was a delivery. I asked the courier to please deliver the following day, 7th Nov as I was out of the country and will be returning later in the evening. Takealot sends an email to inform me that my order has been cancelled and a refund to be done because I was not available or contactable on my phone. Phone the immediately to organize for delivery as I am back home but Ronaldo who I spoke to at their call center said there was nothing they could do for me and that I should reorder. No manager or supervisor was available to take my call. So disappointed!
