Disappointed with takealot

I ordered a set of books on takealot.com. at a very good price - R279. However, a week later I was informed that my item had been cancelled as it was out of stock. I checked on the site and found that it was still in stock but was substantially more expensive - R499. I informed takealot that I found this unacceptable. If they made a mistake on pricing, I should still get the item at that initial price. I also do not like being **** to. I have yet to hear back from them.
