Disappointed with Takealot

A Tv set was delivered with a crack on the screen, a complaint was lodged, and the TV was collected, the guys that collected the TV threw it inside the truck and reason was the TV is broken in any way so why bother, I was bothered by that since the Tv was supposed to undergo assessment but the was nothing I could do, a week later I'm told by takealot that a remote is missing inside the box and I explained everything was put back in the box the way we received it, instead they send the broken TV back to me in a very worse condition than it was when it was collected, the was nothing inside the box this time around, no power cable, no manual, no protection cushions, it was just the TV inside the box nothing else, The Tv was sent with no communication at all, you can imagine my disappointment
