Disappointed with Take A Lot: Order never received but app said it's delivered.

I had a bad experience with Take A Lot, I ordered school shoes for my son to be delivered on his school in JHB. My Son never received the order and yet the driver mentioned that they delivered and app is showing delivered. I log a complain to take a lot via email on the 09 March 2026 and to date I have received any resolution and my son is wearing takkies at school now. The order number is ***.
