Disappointed with Take a lot

I bought a bed order number *** Reference number MRRN-A7Y9R-D6V7 via Take a lot. The bed is valued at R 3 300-00 + delivery of R200. The confirmation of receipt of the payment stated that I will receive an sms when the bed is ready for delivery BUT the only sms I got was saying that the Hatfield pick up point is now opened. The next thing when I try to track the order I see a message mentioning a failed delivery. Their message indicated that I will receive an sms and I didn't.

Please intervene, I still need the bed to be delivered to the provided address during the purchase. I'm not canceling anything.
