Disappointed with Takalot

I've been waiting since the 2nd of September for a parcel to be delivered to my home address, first my parcel was with ACS couriers who asked me to pick up the parcel at another premises because my location (home address is out of their durastrict) I go to this premises and my parcel isn't there .I lodge a complaint and get told it's with fast and furious couriers , they give me a number that doesn't exist for this courier ,I am so over takalot they have definitely lost me as a loyal customer, they keep making excuses for my parcel , I am furious
