Disappointed with service

Takealot disabled my COD. I queried this with a few consultant and received no positive feedback. I am at times uncomfortable using my card to make online purchases and prefer to pay cash on delivery but Takealot staff and management refuse to assist. I asked many times to speak to a manager but they are never around to assist.
