Disappointed with Same-Day Delivery

I ordered an item on Takealot with the same-day delivery option, but I still haven’t received it. This is really frustrating and unacceptable. Why offer same-day delivery if you can’t deliver on that promise? It seems I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Takealot, please sort this out as soon as possible — customers rely on accurate delivery timelines.
