Disappointed with Recent Deliveries

I've historically had a great experience with Takealot, but my last three deliveries have been unsatisfactory, to say the least. Today marks the sixth time I’ve been informed that my latest order has been lost in transit. This ongoing issue is incredibly frustrating and has significantly impacted my trust in your service.

I understand that things can go wrong, but the lack of timely updates and resolution has been disappointing. I hope Takealot can address these issues and restore the quality of service I once enjoyed.
