Disappointed with delivery schedule

I am highly annoyed with Take a lot. I paid my order on the 31st of January and this was literally supposed to be delivered the next day. There was no confirmation of delivery from their side until I started chasing this on Monday the 02 Feb. They then did a credit to my account only to still not have the credit available the time I was about to pay the order. Then I started chasing them again and asked for my refund to my account after having failed to get this order resolved up to Tuesday. I was tossed from this person to that one Until I was fed up. When I wanted the refund only then I got the credit back and bought the walker I needed for my father. Now after all this, the walker is taking a week before it gets to me but she. I order first it was showing the next day delivery! Take a lot I’m highly annoyed with your service. It seems you have lost the plot. I have always bought stuff here but this time around I regret it! I am very disappointed
