Disappointed with Delivery Experience

I recently placed an order with Takealot and was looking forward to receiving my items. However, I was extremely disappointed with the delivery process.

Despite being home the entire day and monitoring the app, I received a notification around 5 PM stating that the delivery couldn't be completed because no one was home. This is simply not accurate, as I was there the whole time and did not receive any calls or SMS notifications from the delivery team.

Communication is key in customer service, and I expected better from a reputable company.
