Disappointed with customer service

I'm a regular Takealot customer but terribly disappointed in the way they handled my last return. They failed to understand my reasoning and refused to escalate or try to understand my circumstances. Definitely didn't feel any attention was paid to my particular query and a generic blanket rule was app**** without reason. Extremely unhappy with their level of customer service.
