disappointed service from takealot couriers

takealot courier service for returns are terrible. indicated that collection would take place on the 13/4/2018 , never indicated that they would not collect. informed takealot and was informed that collection will be done on 16/4/2018 . no collection was done . the courier company calls me on 18/4/2018 to say they will collect on the 19/4/2018 . i questioned as to why they did not pick up on 16/4/2018. they said they could not get hold of me to arrange the collection. they arrived on the 18/4/2018 to collect the package after indicating it will be picked up 19/4/2018. what kind of ridiculous service is this??
