Disappointed!!!!! Order no# ***

I'm not happy with Takealot.com. A week ago i made a purchase- when i track the order : today the 11th of Dec 2025 i was suppose to receive my order but guess what? when i track my order still it is not ready meaning it is not even shipped. I've been sending emails quering about my parcel i dont get a feedback.I'm really disappointed!!!!! Order no:*** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
