DISAPPOINTED- Order Just Cancelled with No Communication

Placed an order online and paid immediately. When i placed the order it was in stock and received a confirmation email stating order was placed and paid for and will be delivered by the 10th December, the delivery date was then updated to the 6 December today and then suddenly this evening I see that my order was cancelled and i now have a gift card credit on my profile. No notification was received from Takealot , if I didn't log on to my profile I wouldn't even have known that they cancelled my order. Then to top it all they conveniently make the credit to come off my next purchase with them, they didn't even reverse the amount back to my card. Why would I even want to purchase from them again, well unless I want to order a package of disappointment then maybe so. Thanks to Takealot i wont be able to deliver my gift on time, Really disappointed in the service!
