Disappointed once again

I have placed an order on 24 April 2024 order number ***. Everything fully paid. Today all of a sudden they cancelled some of the items when I phoned to cancel the whole order as I am not getting what I need I couldn't been helped. I am told that I need to wait for the order to be delivered and then send it back. I ordered the items in time for a friends birthday just for takelot to ***** me around and cancel as they please. But when the client wants to cancel as takealot is not sending me what I ordered and need then I cant. I feel this is very unprofessional and disappointing and this is not the first time. Hopefully when Amazon comes to South Africa takealot will take a plunge because the customer service is very sad.
