Disappointed on Takelot

I'm highly disappointed with Takelot.On the 25 March i ordered items paid via Ozow and received a notification that the money was deducted on my account which was R488 and an email stating that my payment was received but to my surprise the following day they sent two emails,the first one was a payment reminder then the second one was starting that my order was cancelled due to not receiving any payment so now I'm confused.My order number:***2

If they fail to deliver my items can they kindly refund me back my money. Proof of the bank notification i got i sent it on their Facebook page via inbox
