Disappointed on takealot (Soweto branch)

I ordered items from takealot on the 8th of July. Delivery was scheduled for the 10th of July and to this day (15th of July) my order has not been delivered. All I keep getting is that they could not verify my address or there was no one at the address to receive the items. They have not bothered to call me. The contact centre is useless. You can never get a realtime response.
