Disappointed. No refund for defective item! Avoid!

I am extremely frustrated with Takealot's terrible service. I bought headphones that completely stopped working after just a few days. I logged a return and they collected the item, but they have completely ignored my request for a refund. My money is gone and customer support is useless. I know I am not the first person Takealot has done this to. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not buy from them if you expect proper customer service!
