Disappointed much

Wanted change delivery address as I got sick and arent at work...so i was told i cant change the address i asked for the courier to phone me so i can meet him somewhere else. That cant be promised either. They obviously not really concerned about getting the parcel delivered... as i need the parcel before the weekend...
