Disappointed Loyal Client

I am not happy with the assistance that I received and I would like to request that you escalate this.

I received the pan with no leaflet on the instructions of use or how to care for it. I have not used the pot more than 3 times since I have been a loyal client for years having bought more things on Takealot than anywhere else and I have never experienced such poor service.

It took a week to get a response and I had to send an email requesting feedback.

Now instead of you advising on the question that I put to you, you told me another thing.

I am not happy with the service that I received.
