Disappointed – Incorrect Item Sent, Shipping Cost Not Refunded & Review Restrictions

I ordered and paid for a 16mm plug spanner, but was incorrectly sent a 14mm instead. This was clearly an error on the supplier or warehouse side, not mine.

Although I received a refund for the item itself, I was still charged for the return shipping. It’s frustrating to be left out of pocket for a mistake made by Takealot or their supplier. Customers should not be financially penalized for incorrect items being dispatched.

What makes this even more disappointing is that Takealot does not allow customers to leave reviews on items that were returned. This prevents honest feedback about genuine issues like incorrect items being sent and removes transparency for future buyers.

Overall, this experience reflects poorly on both Takealot and the supplier (LunaLoot) involved. Based on this, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
