Disappointed in the service

place an order from take a lot on the 20 August and it was scheduled for delivery on 30.8.22 but the order never arrived when I checked my profile they had rescheduled it for the 31.8.22 without any communication, even today I still don't have my order or any communication from take a lot, I'm really disappointed as I have been a loyal customer to them,
